Please note: All sales are final for Original Art, Art Prints and Vintage Wares and are not eligible for a refund.

All products are shipped via USPS.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Shipping rates are determined by the weight and destination from San Diego, CA.

I hope that you’re happy with your purchase, but if your order does not meet your expectations, you may return your item for a full refund within 2 weeks of receipt.  Item must be unused or unworn and in the same condition that you received it or it will not be eligible for a full refund. It must also be in the original packaging. 

You will be refunded in full when your item has been received, less the cost of the original shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact Jacki at jaxateliershop@gmail.com with your name, item that you ordered and please express why you'd like to make a return.

Exchanges are accepted for any items purchased within 2 weeks of receipt. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs. Please contact Jacki at jaxateliershop@gmail.com to discuss your exchange.

Damaged in Shipping
Any handmade item that arrived damaged will be replaced. Please contact Jacki at jaxateliershop@gmail within 48 hours of receiving your shipment so we can discuss the replacement. Please include a photo of the damaged package/item and email it to the above address. Most handmade items are one-of-a-kind, so I will either try to recreate the item as close as possible or you can exchange it for something else. Any original art or vintage items will have to be an exchange. You will be issued a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the item in its original packaging. As soon as the damaged item is received, I will ship a replacement according to what we discuss.
