Tetra pak printing is an eco-friendly form of drypoint intaglio printmaking. These prints are made by scratching and carving into a cleaned milk carton (tetra pak), which is used as the “plate”. The plate is then inked, and a roller press is used to create the intaglio print. This type of printmaking only allows a very limited amount of prints, which makes them unique and collectible.
- "Creepy Tree" tetra pak drypoint intaglio print by Jacki Geary.
- Each print varies due to the nature of printmaking and none are exactly the same. This makes them unique and one-of-a-kind.
